Answers:

1. In Te Ao Whanui I had to read this book on my chrome called A life of old machines.

It was about some old machines. And we had to answer some questions about that book.

2. The time I read instructions carefully was when I was learning about sign language week.

There was some questions that I had to answer.

3. The time I worked on my personal best was when I was learning about inventions.

I had to write 100 words about what invention was the most important.

4. The time I was self managed was when I was not talking and I was really focused on my work.

Today I had to read this book called A new life of old machines. It was a really long story. I had to read it in my Chromebook. We had to read it then we had to answer these questions.
here are the questions.

1. What does Fisher & Paykel do to help the environment? They were recycling resources.

2. What does coal, oil and natural gas do to the environment?Gas emits 50 to carbon dioxide natural gas power plant compared with emissions from a typical new coal plant.

3. What does non-renewable mean: It means a contract or agreement.

4. The energy of moving things is called: It's called telekinesis. telekinesis

5. Explain in your own words how a wind turbine works: Wind turbine makes electricity.

The Omeo

Today In my blog I had to answer questions about the reading I did called Omeo. I read The book in my Chromebook and Then I went to look at the questions and answer it.

here are the questions.

What is a omeo?

A omeo is a life chair that can drive. It is really comfortable to sit in. It's a movement technology. Its about this man who makes Omeos up close. Omeo up close is the same thing I told you at the first. you can put your legs in the little thing at the bottom.  

2.  Omeos have electric motors powered by batteries. It has a top speed of 20 kilometres an hour and a range of around 40 kilometres.

3.  The most liberating thing is that it can go pretty much anywhere including the beach.

Describing my traits

Today I was reading my book called Charlotte's web I had to read 9-11 chapters. Then I had to finish my unfinished work so I had to do a fast finish task. What I had to do was describe myself and see if I had the same describing as fern. Who is fern? fern is a girl that was in the book i read.

Today In class we had to do this worksheet. The worksheet was about the month may. We had to see the May calendar and we had to see the numbers. The numbers were in order like this calendar.

and we had to add the numbers to see which day number had the most. So like the Monday has 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 under it and I had to add those up and I had to do that with the other ones to and when I have the answer I had to see which one was the bigger answer.

Sting Instruments

Today in my blog I am telling you what is string instruments. and I'm gonna tell you the parts of a ukulele. I'm even gonna tell you how to play a  string Instrument. So some of the string instruments are guitar, ukulele, violin, double bass and lots more. 

First I'm gonna tell you all the parts of a ukulele. Here are all the names: Body, bridge, saddle, nut, neck, frets, tuners, headstock, soundhole and fretboard. here is a picture of a ukulele with names.

And know i'm gonna tell you what a string instrument is. A sting instrument a instrument with a sting and did you know piano is a kind of sting instrument.

In class we watched as video called don't go. In the video there was a pink creature with only one eyes and there was a cat too. We had to write a story about that video( CLIP). here is my story:

There was a cat called Dust And he lived in a small house. There was this little pink creature and his name was Dinky who came from mars and went to earth into the small house. When the pink creature went to the house Dust saw him and started chasing Dinky. Dinky got scared and started running from him.  First Dinky hid in a fruit bowl and Dust couldn't find him and then Dust gave up on looking for him. The Dust ran into his owner. The owners name was Bella, Bella picked up Dust and Dust was still looking at dinky.

Today I had to read 1-2 chapters of the book called Charlotte's Web. I read that book and after I read it I had to do a quiz and the quiz was giving me questions about what happened in the book in 1-2 chapters. In the 1-2 chapters there was a girl called fern and a pig named Wilbur. At the first chapter Fern's dad was about to kill the pig but then Fern stopped her dad and took care of the pig.  When Fern hopped in her school bus she thinked of a name and she named her pig Wilbur.

Today I'm telling you what music means. Music is a song you can listen to and it will make you get a different emotion like sad, happy, joy, angry, calm, relaxed and brave. There is different types of genre too. A genre is a category or style of music or art.

Songs make me feel joy and calm because I like listening to it. Some of my favourite songs are Dynamite, Grateful, cold, and destiny. These song are my favourite because when I first listened to it it was a good song and i liked it. 

1 thing I learned in my class was notes. Notes like semiquaver, crochet and some other i forgot.

Today I had to choose ten most important inventions and put it in order to the important one to the least important one. I chose electricity for the most important one because electricity is good power in your house like lights and working devices. I need to have electricity its more important then other inventions.

1. this book looks like it going to be about a girl and she finds a web and a spider then she really likes the web but her pig was sacred of it.

2. The clue was that the pig was looking at the spider and his reaction was scared

3.  when i read the back of the book it said that the girls name was fern and the pigs name was wilbur and then the spider and fern were friend but not wilbur and the spider.

4. two thing i know is that wilbur is faced with usual fate of nice fat little pigs. fern saved the spider and the spiders name is Charlotte.
