Students should not have to wear school uniform

Do students have to wear school uniform. I think students have to wear school uniform because it represents their school and its important to wear them if you dont have clothes at home. If you wear school uniform then you are going to look great and neat.

An example is if our school was going on a trip and you had to walk all the way there then the public can know what school you are and what neat cloths you have. school uniform is really appropriate to wear. That's why I think students should wear school uniform.

Book review

Today I had to do a book review about the book I read. The book was called Charlotte's web. Miss birtch assigned me to read this book and she chose a really good book I like it. I think this book is a good book because it has interesting parts in it and it has a good story to it. My favourite part of the book was at the first how the dad was going to kill Wilbur and Fern saved the pig and made a promise to take care of him. The Characters were Fern, Wilbur, Charlotte, Mr Arable, Mrs Arable, Avery, Templton and Mr Zuckerman. I would Recommend this to a friend because this is a really good book and because my friend will maybe like it. There is even a movie about Charlotte's web.  

I rate this book 5 out of 5.

Some people want to be in a tournament of their sport thats why they try hard. An example is that people can get happy.  That's why I think Year 7-8 Friday sport is important.

Today I had to research about orchestras.

-How do they seat the instruments: They put the string instruments in the front and the woodwind behind.

-What instruments are included: String Instruments, Woodwind Instruments, Brass Instrument and Keyboards and harps.

-Who is the most important member of the orchestra: Conductor/Music Directer

-what is the biggest group of instrument: The tuba is the largest.

-Do we have any orchestra in New Zealand: yes

- How do people get into a orchestra: You nearly always have to attend a great music school, at least at the Master's degree level then study with a teacher who either has experience playing in an orchestra OR has had students get placed in an orchestra.

This is a classic orchestra instrument

Why you cant live without a shelter

 A shelter is a really important invention you cant live without it because Its a place where you can stay warm and wont get wet on rainy weather. If you didn't have a shelter then you wont have a place to sleep and stay safe you will be in the road. You will be safe on dangerous weather like storms, thunder and floods. A example is that poor people will have a place to live and you wont have to be sick outside in the cold. A shelter in a place where you can sleep safe under the roof.

My house is a really safe house because its made out of bricks and it does not have any holes on the roof so is its raining my roof won't be leaking. inside my house its really warm and sometimes its cold but I have a heater so I can warm my house. The how my house is really safe. That's why you can not live without a shelter.

My opinion is cat are better than dogs because cats dont bark and make less sound than dog, Dogs bark alot and make more noise than cat. Cats dont take up much space and cats are more affordable than dogs. Cats clean there self.

CARR VALUES

Today In my blog i'm telling you what is did in wananga. In wananga my teacher gave me a piece of paper that had the CARR values. The CARR values are Commitment, Achievement, Resilience and Respect. I had to go down the the paper and highlight these words. The words we highlight are the things we do.  I had to select one word from each CARR values and write it here. For Commitment I chose (Know your timetable) for Achievement I chose (Do your personal best) for resilience I chose (Listen and apply feedback) for respect I chose (move quickly and quietly). I had to expand my idea's about how I know I show these. I know my timetable because every time at home I open my time table in my student portal and see it.  I do my personal best on my work. Whenever some talks to me I listen to them. I had to pick two things I did not highlight. I picked Move on the first bell, and reached to class util the second bell. Because Some times I'm really tired and i have to walk to class and  cant come until the second bell. the second one i chose was meet deadlines because Sometimes I dont finish my work fast and have to stay in.
